- Secure and lock mixing bowl. Attach BeaterBlade+.
- Lower and lock mixing head. Test scraping action with soft butter… blades may skip when dry.
- If needed, change height adjustment to fine tune blade-to-bowl contact:
- Loosen the locking nut (Fig 1) and lower mixer head with BeaterBlade+.
- Adjust height by turning BeaterBlade+. Raise mixing head and tighten nut.
- Add ingredients on the left side facing the machine, aiming for the center of the bowl.
- Always add flour slowly on Stir.
- Never use sharp objects on BeaterBlade+.
- If motor slows when adding flour, increase speed 1 level at a time.
- Best if hand washed, but top rack dishwasher safe. Do not lean other kitchenware against blades.

Be sure mixing bowl, tilt head or lift mechanisms are securely locked before use and that the mixer is used in accordance with its safety instructions.
