I’m often asked how I invented the BeaterBlade® mixing bowl attachment, so here’s the story. I love making cheesecake, but the challenge was that a cold block of cream cheese sticks to everything and it’s impossible for a flat beater to “scrape” ingredients from the bowl. After six months of prototypes and another year of learning how to invent, I launched the BeaterBlade mixing scrapers in 2008 to chefs and bakers in the United States with resounding success. I was so nervous filling out that first UPS label…and now, over 15 years later, BeaterBlade mixing blades and Pouring Chute™ bowl attachments have become a staple in over 1.3 million homes, restaurants, and bakeries around the world. Our BeaterBlade products help you to effortlessly create delicious foods by thoroughly mixing ingredients better, faster, and more easily than the traditional flat beater.
